Following on from the success of supplying just one site last year, Spaceworks Furniture Hire & Well Dressed Tables provided a range of furniture, crockery, cutlery and glassware for four more of the Christmas party sites this year.

The teams worked closely together to choose ranges that worked for all the different sites. Furniture included our Gilt chairs and banqueting tables and for the tableware, chose the Lubaina crockery with Kings and Milano cutlery and our elegant glassware to complete the perfect table setting.

On Show at The Royal Ascot

Spaceworks and Well Dressed Tables are proud to have successfully supplied the 2010 Royal Ascot. The hospitality areas, including the Parade Ring Side Restaurant, Carriages, Sandringham and the Royal Ascot Fashion Show in the Bessborough were furnished with bars, banqueting chairs, tables, linen and Well Dressed Tables’ exclusive Chameleon Chair range. The Royal Ascot chose the full dressed Chameleon Chloe Chair detailed with a diamante band. The Royal Ascot takes place June 15-19 2010.

Lisbon is Ace at AEGON

Spaceworks Furniture Hires’ newest soft furnishing range, Lisbon, makes its debut at the 2010 AEGON Championship. The Lisbon range, showcased in various hospitality areas around the event, is available in brown, black and cream and comes as a 2-seater or armchair.  Spaceworks also supplied hospitality areas such as, The Terrace, The Members Gallery and The Garden Suites with Georgia and Bellini Bars, the Chameleon Chair Collection, Carnaby and Button stools and outdoor furniture ranges Alfresco Rozzario and Regatta. The AEGON Championship takes place June 7-18 at the Queens Club Pavilion.

MyDrap Shines at RSVP


Well Dressed Tables and Spaceworks showcased their newest products at RSVP this year, April 28-29 at the Business Design Centre. The Stand was full of products from charger plates and cutlery to mini woks and saucepans.

It was our launch of MyDrap Napkins, however, that stole the show. Guests crowded around the unique product, inspired by the vibrant colours and vast array of sizes. The sustainable single-use cotton napkin caught the eye of caterers, hotels, event organisers and even individuals who wanted them for their own homes!

Customers claimed, “this is the best thing we have seen at the show this year!”

Get Festive!

Spaceworks Furniture Hire and Well Dressed Tables are proud to supply the 2010 Cheltenham Festival.

The Festival takes place from Tuesday 16 to Friday 19 March at the Cheltenham Racecourse and includes The Champion Hurdle Day, St Patricks Day Celebration, Ladies Day and Gold Cup Day.The Festival anticipates over 200,000 visitors from across the UK. 26 races will take place with an estimated £500 million placed in bets.

This is the fourth year that Spaceworks Furniture Hire has had the privilege of furnishing the hospitality areas.

Thrilled to Brits…Again!


The Brit Awards 2010 with Mastercard saw the combined teams of Well Dressed Tables and Spaceworks draw on their logistical abilities to provide an another extraordinary service.
Event Managers for the two companies, Mike Marshall and Alex Rayment saw for a seamlese execution of delivery, set up and removal. Equipment supplied included 400 tables, 4,000 chairs and all of the required table settings.
“I’m really proud of our team, we had everything delivered and set up on time and with lots of energy. The venue looked amazing!”, Alex Rayment.

Well Dressed Tables turns it up at IndigO2

Well Dressed Tables was a proud catering equipment hire supplier at the 2009 National Student Radio Awards held at the IndigO2 London on November 24th 2009.

The National Student Radio Awards celebrate the diversity of content and talent in student radio. Well Dressed Tables supplied catering equipment for up to 500 covers at the star-studded award ceremony.

Gary Cargill, event manager for the IndigO2 commented: “We were very pleased with Well Dressed Tables; they are always accommodating and the service was very helpful indeed.”

WDT: Honoured catering equipment supplier

Well Dressed Tables received the honour of being chosen as the catering equipment hire company for the reopening of the Ashmolean Museum in Oxford. Well Dressed Tables Catering Equipment Hire worked alongside Benugo Catering on the event.

The Ashmolean Museum reopened to the public on November 7. Well Dressed Tables contributed to the preceding events including two drinks and canapé receptions and a Gala dinner that took place October 30 -November 6.

“Opening the new Ashmolean was a large and logistically challenging event. It was because of this reason I needed a quality equipment supplier that I could rely on. Well dressed tables stepped up to the mark and exceeded expectations. I will continue to use their services and would recommend them to anyone”, commented a senior manager from Benugo Catering.

Her Majesty the Queen will officially reopen The Ashmolean Museum on December 2nd 2009.

Showing Off at the 2009 Showman’s Show

The Arena Group, which includes Well Dressed Tables and sister company Spaceworks, won the award for “Exhibition Stand of any dimension with the best interior design” at the 2009 Showman’s Show.

The stand was designed and created by Networks and Arena Structures and was furnished with Spaceworks furniture. The design allowed for various seating areas, including a business table, various soft furnishings and bistro tables and stools.  Well Dressed Tables provided the crockery and glassware.

The Showman’s Show is a comprehensive exhibition of products, services and entertainments for the event industry, specializing in outdoor events.
