Spaceworks Furniture Hire is proud to have successfully supplied furnishings for the 2010 Wimbledon Championship. For over a decade Spaceworks Furniture Hire has supplied the Tournament and regards it as one of its most exiting and anticipated events. Spaceworks provided hospitality areas with a wide array of furniture, including green and purple sofas, the exclusive Chameleon Chair collection, bars and reception units and outdoor furniture. This year’s 2010 Wimbledon Championship took place Monday June 21 to Sunday July 4.

Congratulations to Mike Waddingham of Harbour and Jones who has won the Well Dressed Tables & Spaceworks World Cup Competition. Mr. Waddingham anticipated that Spain would win the World Cup and has now won 20 % off his next order.  Well Dressed Tables sponsored the launch of the Excel London International Convention Centre Thursday 24th June 2010. Six table settings were displayed in the Capital Suite Room 12 to showcase how the rooms can be transformed into stunning event spaces.  

Table dressing concepts included banqueting style tables, a modern table with the Cubix cube range and new square bowls and a table displaying the Awe range and Globerock glasses.

 Guests included Mayor of London Boris Johnson, Key London Stakeholders, Visit London, CEOs and senior management from exhibitions, conferences, corporate organisations, Government, sporting organisers and major associations.

 The event demonstrated all of the facilities at ICC London ExCeL. It included an agency forum, a press briefing with Mayor of London Boris Johnson, lunch in the ICC Capital Suite and culminated in an event in the ICC Auditorium

Congratulations to Russell Walton of Moving Venue Caterers who has won two tickets to the AEGON Championship through our Facebook friends draw. Mr. Walton will be attending the event on Sunday June 13^th!
